NLPM (Formerly known as Elite Property Management Team)  was formed in 2004 after I came home from the OEF/OIF war.  Since the Lord saw fit to allow me to live a little longer I decided to give back by helping others obtain a new home and secure Home Owner investment properties with good Qualified Tenants as quickly as possible.
